By accessing Brief Stack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Brief Stack provides automated analysis of Terraform provider version changes, including structured diffs, update briefs, and migration checklists. Content is generated through automated pipelines and AI-assisted tools.

3. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for accuracy:

• Analysis is automated and may not capture all nuances of provider changes
• Migration checklists are generated suggestions, not guaranteed solutions
• Always run terraform plan and test in non-production environments before applying changes
• Brief Stack is not liable for any infrastructure issues, data loss, or downtime resulting from following our recommendations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download content for redistribution
• Use automated tools to generate excessive API requests
• Manipulate advertisements or engage in invalid ad traffic
• Circumvent any access restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

Analysis content, checklists, and reports are generated from publicly available provider source code. The analysis methodology, presentation, and tooling are the property of Brief Stack.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brief Stack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to infrastructure failures, data loss, or calculation errors.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
